Delete Snapshot

<p>There is a snapshot quota with a single disk having a maximum 20 snapshots. So, delete snapshots no longer needed.</p> <p><strong>Usage Guidelines</strong></p> <p>1.After an EBS disk is released, snapshots will be kept but rollback function cannot be performed. You can restore snapshot data by creating an EBS disk with the kept snapshots.</p> <p>2.Once a snapshot is deleted, data cannot be restored. Delete a snapshot with caution.</p> <p><strong>Procedures</strong></p> <p>1.Log in to the<a href="#https://yun.pingan.com/console/ecs/overview" target="_blank"> ECS Console</a>.</p> <p>2.Click <strong>Images and Snapshots </strong>&gt; <strong>Snapshots</strong> to enter the <strong>Snapshot </strong>page.</p> <p>3.Select the target region, and in the operation column of the target snapshot click <strong>Delete</strong>.</p> <p>4.In the <strong>Delete Snapshot</strong> dialog box that opens check the deletion information.</p> <p>5.Click <strong>Confirm</strong>, and the snapshot status will become <strong>Deleting</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong></p> <p>You will see an <strong>Operation succeeded</strong> message at the bottom of the <strong>Snapshot</strong> page. The target snapshot cannot be viewed after being deleted.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
