Reset Password

If you forget the login password, you cannot retrieve it password. You can reset the login password and then configure a new one.

About this task

This task is available only for master accounts. If you use a subaccount, contact the master account or administrator account to reset the password in the RAM console. For more information, see Modify Subaccount Password .

Procedure

  1. Go to the official website of Ping An Cloud .
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Log In.
  3. On the Log In page, click Forgot Password.
  4. In the Change Password dialog box, enter the account name, email address, and phone number.
  5. When you finish verification, click Confirm.
  6. In the Change Password dialog box, enter the new password, and then confirm the password.
  7. Finish the image verification, and then enter the verification code that your phone has received.
    Note:

    If your phone number is not available, we recommend that you use your email address to obtain the verification code. After the password is successfully modified, you can modify the phone number on the Account Info > Basic Info page. You can also use one of the following methods to update your phone number. (Generally, it takes 1 to 2 working days for the phone number update to take effect.)

    • Contact the online customer service.
  8. Click Confirm .
