Quickly Use the External ELB Service

<p>This article uses external ELB as an example to show how to quickly start using ELB services by creating ELB instances, listeners, and server resource pools.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;You have purchased VPC, and created DMZ network and subnet successfully. For more information, see <a href="https://www.pinganyun.com/ssr/help/network/vpc/quick_start.cvcti" target="_blank">Quick Start</a> of VPC.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;You have purchased ECS or other computing services in any subnet of the DMZ network domain of VPC.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Limitations</span></strong></p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;After you create an ELB instance, you need to add a minimum of one listener and one back-end server resource pool.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;You need to add a minimum of one back-end server to the server resource pool.</p> <p><strong>Step 1: Create an ELB Instance</strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;Log in to the <a href="https://pinganyun.com/console/loadBalance/overview" target="_blank">ELB Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Instance Management</strong> to enter the <strong>Instance Management</strong> page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;In the upper-right corner of the page, click <strong>Create</strong> to enter the <strong>Create ELB Instance</strong> page.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;After checking the <strong>Billing Option</strong> and <strong>Configuration Information</strong>, click <strong>Confirm </strong>to enter the <strong>Order Confirmation</strong> page.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201607171525-13e255f3922f.png" style="height:22px; margin:1px; width:50px" /><strong>:</strong> For more information about the parameters in this step, see <a href="https://www.pinganyun.com/ssr/help/network/elb/manual.elbinstance.createpublicinstance" target="_blank">Create an External ELB Instance</a>.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201607171613-14d6c70b9573.png" style="height:559px; width:830px" /></p> <p>5.&nbsp;Click <strong>Confirm Open</strong> to enter the <strong>Payment Result</strong> page to view the <strong>Pay Success</strong> message.</p> <p>6.&nbsp;Click <strong>Manage</strong> <strong>Console</strong> to back to the <strong>Overview</strong> page.</p> <p><strong>Step 2: Create a Pool</strong></p> <p>1. In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Instance Management</strong> to enter the <strong>Instance Management</strong> page.</p> <p>1.&nbsp;Click the instance name of the newly created Internet ELB instance in step 1, and enter the <strong>Instance Information</strong> page.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;Click the <strong>Pool</strong> tab.</p> <p>3.
