<p class="shortdesc">You can apply for refunds for prepaid ECS products.</p> <section class="section prereq" id="Refund__prereq_o4s_zdl_blb"><div class="tasklabel"><h2 class="doc-tairway">Before you begin</h2></div> <div class="note important note_important"><span class="note__title">Important:</span> <p class="p">Before submitting the refund request, make sure the data on the unsubscribed cloud resource has been backed up or migrated. After the unsubscription succeeds, those cloud resources will be deleted and data on them cannot be retrieved. Perform this task with caution.</p> </div> </section> <section class="section context"><div class="tasklabel"><h2 class="doc-tairway">About this task</h2></div> <div class="note note note_note"><span class="note__title">Note:</span> You can only apply for refunding prepaid ECS products.</div> <p class="p">Currently, you can apply for a refund through a ticket. After you submit the refund ticket, we will review the ticket. The refund will be returned to you after the ticket is approved, and the ECS and its dependent resources will be cleared at the same time.</p> <ul class="ul" id="Refund__ul_sfh_22k_blb"> <li class="li">If the dependent resources are pay-as-you-go products, they will also be released.</li> <li class="li">If the dependent resources are products that are purchased by month or by year, they will also be released with the payment settled.</li> </ul> <p class="p">The refund is returned in voucher with the calculation formula: Refund = unit price of the latest order in the instance history × remaining period</p> <div class="note note note_note"><span class="note__title">Note:</span> <ul class="ul" id="Refund__ul_fcc_32k_blb"> <li class="li">The remaining period is calculated in months. If the resource is used for less than 1 month, one-month payment of the resource is deducted.
