What is Log Service?

Developed by Ping An Cloud, Log Service is a one-stop logging service that covers massive log collection, real-time log query and analysis, monitoring and alarming, and data visualization. It enables you to monitor online business in real time, locate business exceptions in a timely manner, analyze business data trends, and perform security audits.

Features

As a unified log platform, Ping An Cloud Log Service requires simple configurations and is easy to use. It provides the following features:

  • Real-time log collection—Log Service can use the automatically installed log collection clients to collect log data of the TB level from a server without additional archiving or backup.
  • Log query and analysis—You can view the collected logs in real time and analyze them by keyword, time range, or combination of query criteria for real-time online business monitoring, timely exception location, and security audits.
  • Log archiving—You can save the collected logs to the storage devices of Ping An Cloud to ensure data security and reliability.
  • Monitoring and alarming—You can customize alarm rules (including events and thresholds) based on your scenarios to monitor online business in real time. The system sends notifications of exception logs are sent by email to inform the relevant personnel to handle the exceptions in time.
  • Visualization—If you have installed the Nginx component, its log statistics will be displayed on a dashboard to facilitate business trend analysis and digital decision making.
