Modify Phone Number (The Original Number Is Not Available)

If the phone number bound to an account is not available, use one of the following methods to modify the phone number.

The phone number of the master account is not available

To update your phone number, you can call the customer service hotline 4001518800, contact the online customer service, or submit a ticket. For more information about submitting a ticket, see Submit Ticket.

Note: Typically, it takes 1 to 2 working days for the phone number update to take effect.

The phone number of a subaccount is not available

Contact the master account of the subaccount or the administrator account. The master account or the administrator account can modify the phone number bound to the subaccount in the RAM console by using the following method:

  1. Log in to the RAM Console by using the master account or an administrator subaccount with relevant permissions.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click User.
  3. In the user list, locate the target subaccount, and then click the username of the subaccount or click Manage User in the Operations column.
  4. On the Basic Information tab, click Modify after the phone number.
  5. Enter the new phone number, and then click Confirm.
  6. Enter the verification code, and then click Confirm.
    Note: The verification code will be sent to the phone that is bound to the master account or the administrator account.

The phone number on the Basic Information tab changes, indicating that the phone number has been successfully modified.
