Comment on a Ticket

You can comment on our services after your problem has been resolved.

Before you begin

You have submitted a ticket.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Console .
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Ticket.
  3. In the left navigation pane, click Ticket List.
  4. On the Ticket List page, find the target ticket on which you want to comment, and then click Comment in the Operation column.

    You can search for the target ticket by time, number, problem title, and creating account.

  5. On the Could you please evaluate page, enter your feedback for the problem.
  6. Click Confirm.
